Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to premium features, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been activated or the digital content has been accessed.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your Singo Fun premium subscription at any time.

Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle (monthly or yearly). No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.

Unresolved Technical Issues: If a major technical failure on our part prevents you from accessing paid services for more than 48 consecutive hours, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

4. Refund Request Process

5. Violations of Terms of Use
Please note that if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., uploading prohibited content, copyright infringement, or harassment), you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining balance or active subscriptions.
